Introduction

This document constitutes the Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) of LLAMA RESEARCH LLP, an entity renowned for its innovative approach in leveraging Artificial Intelligence for investment strategies. This Policy is integral to our Terms of Use and sets forth the stringent conditions governing refund and cancellation requests. Our policy is designed to ensure clarity in our transactions, while underscoring our commitment to principled business practices.

A. Scope and Applicability

  • This Policy applies universally to all services and products offered by LLAMA RESEARCH LLP. Due to the nature of our digital and interactive services, including investment and financial planning, portfolio management, and other related services, this Policy is tailored to reflect the complexities inherent in online financial advisory and investment management.

B. Cancellation Policy

  • 1. General Cancellation Terms
    • Request Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted through our designated online platforms or official communication channels.
    • Effective Date: The cancellation's effective date is the date on which LLAMA RESEARCH LLP receives and acknowledges the request.

  • 2. Pre-Service Cancellation
    • In the event of pre-mature termination of the Investment Advisor services in terms of agreement, the client shall be refunded the fees for unexpired period. How, Investment Advisor may retain a maximum breakage fee of not greater than one quarter fee.

C. Service Commencement and Cancellation

  • 1. Mid-Service Cancellation Terms
    • No Refund for Commenced Services: Once a service has begun, it is ineligible for cancellation or refund. This policy reflects the allocation of resources and planning undertaken by LLAMA RESEARCH LLP.

  • 2. Subscription Services
    • Cancellation of Subscriptions: Subscriptions may be terminated at any time; however, the current period’s fee is non-refundable.

D. Refund Policy

  • 1. General Refund Ineligibility
    • Non-refundable Nature of Services: All services, once engaged, are non-refundable, emphasizing the commitment of both LLAMA RESEARCH LLP and the user at the outset of the service agreement.

  • 2. Exceptional Circumstances
    • Discretionary Consideration: In extraordinary cases, such as significant regulatory changes or unforeseen catastrophic events, LLAMA RESEARCH LLP may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a refund. These instances are exceptionally rare and subject to a comprehensive internal review process.

E. Non-Refundable Services

  • Specific Services: Certain services, particularly those involving substantial preparatory work or third-party involvement, are explicitly non-refundable. Users are encouraged to review these terms carefully.

F. Refund Calculation and Processing

  • Methodology: In the unlikely event of a refund, the calculation will deduct all incurred costs, including service fees and transaction charges. The method of refund, if approved, will be determined by LLAMA RESEARCH LLP.

G. Special Circumstances Review

  • Review Process: Users may request a review of their case in exceptional circumstances by submitting a detailed appeal via email. The decision, however, rests solely with LLAMA RESEARCH LLP and is final.

H. Policy Modification

  • Amendments: LLAMA RESEARCH LLP reserves the right to amend this Policy at its discretion. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated on any changes.

I. Additional Clauses

  • 1. Timeframe for Review
    • Review Period: Requests under Special Circumstances must be submitted within 30 days of the service's commencement. The review process may take up to 60 days from the date of submission.

  • 2. Communication
    • Notification: Users will be notified of the decision via email. The decision-making process is thorough, ensuring fairness and due consideration of all factors.

  • 3. Limitation of Liability
    • Company's Liability: In no event shall LLAMA RESEARCH LLP be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service cancellations or the denial of refund requests.

  • 4. Dispute Resolution
    • Arbitration: Any disputes arising under this Policy will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Surat, Gujarat.

  • 5. Jurisdiction
    • Governing Law: This Policy is governed by the laws of Surat, Gujarat and any disputes related thereto will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
